Why was the math book sad?
(Because it had too many problems!)
I believe in having fun in school. When I was a kid, I hated school, so I went in to teaching to make education fun. I hope you are as excited about learning as I am. I was born and raised right here in Rexburg. I graduated from Madison High School, Ricks College, BYU, and went on to get a Masters degree. I currently live in Burton. My husband and I have 3 children of our own. All of them have graduated from Madison, the finest district in Idaho.
I taught at Hibbard Elementary for 10 years. I loved Hibbard, but felt it was time to move to the middle school. I love it here too. I now get to teach math on our team. When I am not in school I love to read. I love fiction and fairy tales and using my imagination. I am a farm girl at heart and we have goats, cows, and a cat. I have driven bicycles, cars, pick-ups, tractors, and spud trucks. My husband and I love touring around on the motorcycle as well. But most of all, I love to keep learning. We will have an awesome school year!
